The price may be changed by the Piconet, at any time, without notice.
Piconet warns that there are cases when, due to site failures or errors, the price displayed on the Site may not be the real one. In these cases, Piconet will inform the client the correct price.

8. Payment for services
Payment for services under these Terms and Conditions can be made online by credit card.

If payment is made online with credit / debit card is required to fill in the details. If the transaction was successful, the next screen gives you information about the order.
Piconet accept the following credit / debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. Using as payment method bank card credit / debit your order will be processed immediately.
Refunds, currently not possible.
9. Online payments
Piconet accept the following credit / debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Using as payment method bank card credit / debit your order will be processed immediately.
It can pay online with your personal or company in complete safety. Payment cards accepted are those issued under VISA (Classic and Electron) and MasterCard (including Maestro, if you have code VV2 / CVC2).
For proper completion of the transaction, the transaction authorization data needed to be entered.
If the card is associated with an account in a currency other than USD, transactions are carried out in lei at the exchange rate of the bank issuing the card.
Piconet (by the tpark.ro) does not require and does not store any of your card details than required in excusat online payment platform.
By using the online platform you will mandate PICONET SRL to make payments on your behalf and in your account, whenever you request this. The mandate is with successive execution and each payment operation will be considered completed when it receives its confirmation. By accepting the terms and conditions of this contract, the end user implicitly accepts all costs arising from the use of the online platform, costs that will be highlighted before their collection.
10. Litigation
Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this service will be resolved amicably.
If it failed to settle the conflict amicably, jurisdiction lies in Romanian courts.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer assumes all such risks.
